For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by human behavior and society. I was fortunate to deepen my understanding through graduate work in ethnography and anthropology, studying the nuances of how technology is used by musicians and producers.

My path through academia took a happy turn as I delved into Library and Information Science, working as an archivist at the Yale University Library. I held this position for 10 years, honing my skills in curating and organizing vast amounts of information, ensuring that knowledge was not only preserved, but accessible to those who needed it.

A new chapter began in 2021 as I brought my enthusiasm for human insights and information management skills into the realm of User Research. Fueled by a vision to bridge the gap between research access and impact, I saw untapped potential in leveraging my background to help businesses better understand and serve their customers.
